The Journal of Candido Tostes Dairy Institute (Revista do Instituto de Laticínios Cândido Tostes) is a quarterly scientific journal published by EPAMIG Candido Tostes Dairy Institute (Juiz de Fora, MG, Brazil) since 1946, which stands out for being the only one specializing in milk and dairy products in Brazil. The first name of this publication was FELCTIANO, and it was published by Laticínios Candido Tostes School (now Candido Tostes Dairy Institute - Instituto de Laticínios Cândido Tostes). Its current name began in September 1958.
